The problem
Farmers and gardeners looking for quality organic agricultural inputs often lack a reliable channel to source them, since the local organic supply chain is poorly structured and has little visibility.
Constraints
Trust was the central obstacle: products marketed as organic did not yet carry formal certification, which made buyer confidence harder to earn. The logistics of delivering agricultural products added further complexity, and the platform had to connect multiple actors at once, producers, buyers, transporters, and financial partners, rather than a simple two-sided marketplace.
My role
Co-founder & Product Designer. Product vision and end-to-end design of the interface and user experience.
Key decisions
An ecosystem, not a marketplace.
The most structural decision was to design AgriSen HUB not as a simple agricultural marketplace, but as an ecosystem bringing together several services: product sales, connections between actors, logistics, and, longer term, access to financing and support for rural stakeholders. This shaped every downstream design choice, from how products are presented to how the buying journey is structured.
Solution
A complete e-commerce platform structured as a real marketplace: landing page, sign-up and login, product homepage, wishlist, product grid with detail pages, a cart-to-checkout journey, a contact page with location map, and a blog section. Organic visual direction built around real agricultural imagery: grains, vegetables, farm scenes.

Evidence
Selected for the Mastercard Foundation FAST BUILD program, a structured six-month mentorship track.
Full Figma file covering the complete purchase journey from product to order, with a dedicated design system and color palette.
Outcome
The FAST BUILD Tranche 2 funding application was accepted. A second funding tranche of 12,500 USD was approved for AgriSen HUB.
Reflection
Carrying both the founder and designer role on this project shows the ability to take a product from vision through to execution, not only to execute someone else's brief.
