01
The problem
People going through emotional difficulty often lack an accessible, safe space to express themselves and connect with qualified support.
02
My role
UI/UX Designer, freelance. Dual-sided mobile app: users express themselves and receive guidance with optional anonymity, professionals build visibility and share resources.
03
Key decisions
01
A dual profile structure: anonymizable user vs. certified professional.
A dual profile structure (anonymizable user vs. certified professional) to reconcile two competing needs: confidentiality for the person speaking, verifiable credibility for the professional advising.
04
Evidence
Complete Figma file, 7-step evaluation module, dedicated calming color system.
